Lia is a graduate student in the Department of City and Regional Planning and is passionate about making public spaces more inclusive, equitable, and welcoming. Before assisting OBI as a graduate student researcher, she studied Environmental Science at Indiana University Bloomington, worked as a manager at a local outdoor outfitter, and worked with the US Environmental Protection Agency in Dallas, TX and San Francisco, CA. Outside of school, Lia enjoys rock climbing, dancing, and drinking coffee.
