Meng L. So


Meng graduated as a first-generation college student from UC Berkeley. He then went on to receive a Masters in Education and Organizational Change from UC Los Angeles. Meng was born and raised in the Bay Area. He is excited to partner with faculty, staff, and students to implement a comprehensive agenda that provides holistic support for the undocumented student community. Under his guidance, the program looks to support further initiatives, research, and advocacy to create safe spaces for undocumented members of the on-campus community.

Cybelle Fox


Cybelle Fox received a B.A. in history and economics from UC San Diego in 1997 and a Ph.D. in sociology and social policy from Harvard University in 2007. Her main research interests include race and ethnic relations, the American welfare state, immigration, historical sociology, and political sociology.

Stephen Menendian


Stephen Menendian is the Assistant Director and Director of Research at the Haas Institute for a Fair and Inclusive Society, and oversees the Institute’s burgeoning research initiatives and ongoing projects. In particular, Stephen leads the Inclusiveness Index initiative, fair housing policy and opportunity mapping project with the Equity Metrics team.
