Evan is a Co-Founder and Senior Consultant with Seed Collaborative, where she leads the consulting firm’s equity, inclusion and belonging practice. Over her 20-year career, Evan has worked with municipalities, nonprofit organizations, philanthropies, and government agencies to strengthen social safety nets for children and families through the consultative intersections of equity, belonging and organizational development. Evan is an expert adviser on strategies that yield just and fair outcomes while advancing organizational cultures of belonging. Evan specializes in the design and facilitation of co-creative and collaborative group processes that, when informed by data including the lived experience of those most impacted, support consensus building for strategies and actions towards greater diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
