Eva Thomas

Graduate Student Researcher

Eva Thomas is a graduate student researcher working with Senior Fellow Richard Rothstein on the potential of community finance reform to redress racially segregated housing. Eva is a master's student in public policy at UC Berkeley, where she is focusing on equity and inclusion in housing, agriculture and food systems, and health. Previously, Eva worked in post-conviction capital punishment, doing litigation support and data collection and analysis for the Habeas Corpus Resource Center. She graduated from UC Berkeley with a B.A. in Political Science.
