Haas Director john a. powell will provide a keynote address at El Centro de la Raza's 45th anniversary gala to be held September 30 in Seattle, Washington.
powell helped found El Centro in Seattle. The theme of the gala is "45 years working in solidarity to end poverty, racism, war, and violence."
